A 2-in-1 top. The bow top consists simply of two bands – the main piece and a slightly smaller double-knitted band that you fasten around the top to create a beautiful bow. If you remove the band, you have an off-shoulder top that can be styled both for elegant party outfits or casually with a shirt underneath and a pair of jeans.
The top in the pictures is size XS.

Bernt Knitwear
It has almost become a tradition for me to knit my Christmas outfit – or can you really call it a tradition if you’ve only done it twice? Maybe not. But my 2024 Christmas outfit, like in 2023, was going to be knitted, and that’s how this design came to life. I wanted to create a top that I could style with a skirt and was inspired by the bows that had become so popular as decorations – on clothing, in hair, on Christmas trees, and even on dining tables. Bows were everywhere, and I wanted one on my Christmas outfit. That’s how the idea of the bow top was born. But I also wanted to design a versatile garment that I could wear beyond just my Christmas outfit, and that’s when the idea of a 2-in-1 top emerged.
