A knitting kit contains the yarn you need to knit the product. You will receive the pattern in both PDF and KNIT format via email and in your order confirmation.

Can I purchase the pattern without the knitting kit?

You can purchase the pattern without the knitting kit in our app. On the website, you can currently only find the knitting kit with the pattern.

How do I choose the right size?

Under the product, you will find more information about the garment's measurements. You can choose your size based on your preferred measurements.

What is the delivery time?

We typically ship your order within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.

How are the designers supported through KNIT?

A portion of the yarn sales goes directly to the designer who created the knitting pattern, giving them a share of the value created.

Can I become a part of KNIT as a designer?

Yes! If you are a knitting designer and wish to collaborate with us, you can read more here or contact us via email.

What is the return and cancellation policy?

You can return a knitting kit within 14 days for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The return cost is 69 NOK, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange option. If you want a different size, color, or item, you can return the product and place a new order.

How do you handle complaints?

For complaints, please send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product/defect. We will get in touch as soon as we have processed your inquiry.
