Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the items to us. The item must be unused, unwashed, labeled, and in its original condition.
If you return the item within 14 days from the date you received it, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used in the online store.
Would you like to exchange for another item?
We do not offer an automatic exchange option in our online warehouse.
If you wish to exchange for another color, size, or product, simply return your original order as usual and place a new order for the desired item.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please follow this link. It will provide you with a return code, which you can show at your chosen PostNord drop-off location.
Enter your order number in the field labeled recipient’s reference.

Please keep your receipt or tracking number
Keep the receipt or tracking number for your shipment in case the package, against expectation, does not arrive.
Use our return code
Packages that are not sent using our return code cannot be guaranteed to reach the correct destination. Unfortunately, we are not able to collect return parcels from various pickup locations.
Return Approval Requirements
For a return to be approved, the following must apply:

The original label must still be attached to the item. 
- 
The item must be returned in the packaging it was received in, plus additional protective wrapping. 
- 
The item must be in an unchanged condition. 
Return Shipping Cost
The return shipping fee is NOK 69. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time
A return shipment back to our warehouse may take up to 20 business days to be received and processed.
Returns of Sale Items
The price you paid at the time of purchase forms the basis for any refund. Please note that returning items may void discount conditions.
For example, if you purchased multiple items as part of a bundle offer (e.g., “3 for 2”) and choose to return one or more items, you will lose the discount. You will then pay the full price for the item(s) you keep.
Claims (Warranty/Defects)
If you wish to file a claim, please contact us before sending the item back. To process your claim, we need:
